Assembly elections are due in Bihar in October-November this year. Keeping the elections in mind, all political parties have started preparations for the election. The political process of allegations and counter-allegations between the NDA and the Grand Alliance continues in the state. All parties are busy wooing voters. Meanwhile, news has come that Union Home Minister Amit Shah is going on a two -day Bihar tour. This visit of Amit Shah is considered very important for NDA for political reasons. Amit Shah will also address a rally in Gopalganj on 30 March. Shah’s rally is being considered an important call from the NDA for the Bihar assembly elections.
What will be special in Amit Shah’s two -day visit?
Union Home Minister and NDA Chief Election Strategist Amit Shah is on a two-day visit to Bihar on 29-30 March. A big meeting of BJP will be held at the BJP headquarters in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Saturday 29 March at 7 pm. What are the preparations for BJP for Bihar elections? This can be gauged from the fact that all MPs of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been instructed to reach two hours ahead of the scheduled time in the meeting to be held under the Chairmanship of the Home Minister. All MLAs, Legislative Council members, State President, Organization Minister and all senior officials will be present in this meeting.
These issues will be discussed in the meeting.
Only the victory in Bihar elections will be discussed in the meeting. Which areas are weak in Bihar? The last time Chirag Paswan’s party had caused the most damage and how can it be compensated in this election? What is the reality of Prashant Kishore’s party? What central schemes do Bihar need to win elections? What is the reality of election promises made by the opposition? And what should NDA do to deal with it? All these issues are likely to be discussed in detail in the meeting.
The NDA leaders will hold a meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence.
In the last Lok Sabha election, many winning MPs of BJP and NDA accused their local MLAs of not cooperating, the opinion of those MPs will also be very important in the upcoming meeting. After this meeting which lasted till late night, there will be another important meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday i.e. on Sunday, 30 March. All NDA leaders will be present in this meeting. Along with Home Minister Amit Shah, Nitish Kumar and senior JDU leaders, Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Upendra Kushwaha will also be present in this meeting.
Seat sharing will also be discussed.
The issue of seat sharing and election campaign format is the most important in the meeting. In the last assembly election 2020, Chirag Paswan contested 134 seats alone against Nitish Kumar for political reasons. Upendra Kushwaha is also the new ally of Bihar NDA this time. The last time before the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Upendra Kushwaha broke away from the NDA and contested in the alliance with Tejashwi Yadav’s RJD. Therefore, giving appropriate seats to Chirag Paswan and Upendra Kushwaha is the biggest challenge for the NDA.
What were the last time NDA seats were?
In the last 2020 Bihar assembly elections, out of 243 seats, JDU contested 115 seats, BJP in 110 seats, Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hum 07 seats and Mukesh Sahni’s Vikas Human Party in 11 seats. This time Mukesh Sahni is out of NDA and is trying his luck in the Grand Alliance. Therefore, the NDA meeting to be held at the Chief Minister’s residence on March 30 is considered very important. Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar themselves will be present on the advance front for any kind of scope for any kind of agar.
