Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was attacked by a person when she was doing public hearing at her government residence. The person has been caught, the police has arrested him and legal action is being taken against him. Subsequently, when she reached to attend an event, a party worker created a ruckus. Now CM Rekha Gupta says that I am not afraid of demonic powers.

Speaking at an event, CM Rekha Gupta said that I have a habit of fighting storms. When I was in DU, we were performing a demonstration and the effigy was to burn. My face was burnt with petrol. I had trouble for a month, yet I did not stop.

He said that today the people of Delhi have such a big strength, their love and blessings are with me. All of you have given me the reins and responsibility of Delhi, so I have a store of powers. I am not afraid of any demonic power. Rekha Gupta shared a video of her statement and wrote that I have a habit of fighting storms, I am not afraid of any devilish power.
Earlier, CM Rekha Gupta had said during a program that I assure you that your CM sister will not be afraid, nor tired, nor will lose. He further said, “Till Delhi does not get his right, it will continue to fight for you. It is my promise to fight with you.”
On 20 August 2025, Rekha Gupta was attacked by 41 -year -old Rajeshbhai Khimji, a resident of Rajkot, during a ‘Jansunwai’. It was told that the person was a lover of dogs and was angry with the decision being taken with dogs. He was reconnaissing the CM residence and attacked him after getting a chance.
