Jammu, 7 April (IANS). Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Jammu and Kashmir on his three-day visit on Sunday evening. During this, he held a meeting with party workers. The meeting was attended by senior leaders and activists of Jammu and Kashmir BJP.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, former Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina said that Home Minister Amit Shah praised the party workers and praised their hard work, especially for the BJP’s brilliant performance in the assembly elections. He inspired the party workers and described the performance as historic.
Raina also said that Home Minister Amit Shah will review matters related to security and development in Jammu and Kashmir. He said that in the meeting, various topics were discussed with all the party workers to the administration and representatives of the elected government. The Home Minister expressed deep concern over the security situation in the state and development work and asked the administrative officials to talk about it.
Former Deputy Chief Minister of the state Kavinder Gupta also attended the meeting. He said that the upcoming strategies of the party were discussed in this meeting. This tour will prove to be successful for the Chief Minister and a review will be reviewed regarding the security related information of the Home Minister. Gupta also said that this meeting has boosted the morale of BJP workers of the state and now the party will be prepared better for the upcoming elections and challenges.
Gupta also clarified that the meeting discussed the party’s prediction, strategy and how to implement it. This meeting has prepared the workers of Jammu and Kashmir BJP for further challenges and the direction of the party’s success will be decided in the coming time.
Satpal Sharma said that during the visit, the Home Minister also met the families of the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives in Jammu and Kashmir. This program was to honor the families of the martyrs. During this, the Home Minister also expressed happiness over the Bharatiya Janata Party’s stunning victory in Jammu and Kashmir and appreciated the party workers.
Sharma also informed that during this meeting all the MLAs appreciated the leadership of the Home Minister and thanked them. He said that the upcoming strategies of the party were also discussed and all the MLAs were motivated to work in their respective areas to maintain a good atmosphere in the state. The Home Minister directed the party workers to listen to the problems of the public and work while following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attitude “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Everyone’s faith and effort”.

Tarun Chugh said, “Some people are spreading wrong information about the Waqf Bill and are creating an atmosphere of confusion for political gains. He said that the purpose of this bill is not to take possession of a mosque or cemetery, but its purpose is to protect the money of Waqf property and Waqf from going into the hands of landlords and robbers. The property of the property has been passed in Parliament and it would be constitutional and legal to discuss it with a state legislature. “
