Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raised his marriage issue in front of the media on Sunday, though in a funny way. He said that “talks are going on” with RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on this. In fact, this comment was on the old suggestion of Lalu Prasad, in which he said that the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi should now get married. 55 -year -old Rahul Gandhi made this statement during a press conference in Araria district of Bihar. The press conference took place during his ‘Voter Rights Yatra’. The issue in the press conference arose when Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son Tejashwi Yadav advised Union Minister Chirag Paswan to get married. On this, Rahul Gandhi said that two years ago, Tejashwi’s father Lalu Yadav gave him a similar advice.
During the press conference, a journalist asked Tejashwi Yadav that Chirag Paswan is repeatedly trying to create a rift between the two parties by calling RJD a “commander” of Congress. On this, Tejashwi Yadav, the Chief Ministerial candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) coalition, said, “I can also answer this way to Chirag Paswan. He can call himself not a party but also a person of a person. Jana Shakti Party (Ram Vilas) president Chirag Paswan often calls himself the ‘Hanuman’ of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Tejashwi Yadav said, “I do not want any kind of dispute with Chirag Paswan, because he is our elder brother. I will just advise them that they should get married now, because the time has come.” All the people present there laughed at this matter. Rahul Gandhi, whom Tejashwi Yadav kept calling his ‘elder brother’ throughout the journey, jokingly said, “This advice applies to me too. We are talking to his father (Lalu Prasad Yadav) about this.”
Now I should also get married, talk is going on.

Here Rahul Gandhi pointed out the press conference organized by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Patna two years ago, when he was trying to form a front against the BJP by uniting the leaders of the entire country. Lalu Prasad Yadav, who was famous for his funny style, said earlier, “We will appeal to marry Rahul Gandhi. This is also a big wish of his mother (Sonia Gandhi).
This statement was interpreted by a media section in such a way that RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav has indirectly agreed to make Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister, that is, if the Congress -led coalition in the future comes to power, then he is in favor of seeing Rahul Gandhi as the Prime Minister.
