Delhi Election 2025: Even before the date of assembly elections in Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party chief and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has increased his activism. In this connection, AAP has started the District Workers Conference in the capital. Meanwhile, during his address, Kejriwal made a scathing attack on BJP and said that the people of Delhi should not fall prey to the double engine government.
He said that there is a double engine government in many states of the country but the people there have not yet got the same facilities as the people of the capital Delhi. The people of Delhi should once again support AAP and give it a chance to form the government.
AAP busy preparing for assembly elections
A tough contest is being expected between BJP and AAP during the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi and hence AAP has already started election preparations. In this connection, District Workers Conference was started on Monday. On the first day, the conference was organized in Kirari and Tilak Nagar assembly constituencies.
Workers from district to mandal and booth level participated in the conference. During this, along with giving the mantra of victory to the workers, an oath was also given to bring Kejriwal back to power. Kejriwal and other speakers requested the workers to start preparing for the elections from now on.
Don’t get trapped in the double engine government.
During this, Kejriwal made a sharp attack on BJP and said that the people of Delhi should not get trapped in the double engine government. BJP people talk about bringing a double engine government in the entire country, but this is nothing but an illusion. He said that if there is a double engine government in many states of the country including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Maharashtra, there is no end to the problems of the people there. Nowhere in these states do people get the facilities of electricity, water, education and treatment like in Delhi.
Support sought like in previous elections
He said that the people of Delhi had made us win 67 out of 70 seats for the first time. For the second time also, Aam Aadmi Party was successful in winning 62 out of 70 seats. Now even during the next assembly elections, the people of Delhi should give us huge support and the number of seats should not be reduced.
He said that in Delhi we have done better work in the fields of education and health. We have proved that if the government wants, school education can be made not only better but excellent.
Wife has no interest in the post of Chief Minister
Kejriwal said that when I was sent to jail, it was said that now my wife Sunita Kejriwal will become the Chief Minister of Delhi but she is not interested in the post of Chief Minister. It is noteworthy that after Kejriwal resigned from the post of Chief Minister, Atishi has been made the Chief Minister of Delhi. He said that we are working people and will continue to work to serve the people of Delhi in future also.
We need the support of the people of Delhi to work towards the development of Delhi and progress of the people. We are confident that Aam Aadmi Party will get huge support from the people of Delhi during the next assembly elections also. Kejriwal said that BJP wants to win elections like anyone else and hence a conspiracy is being hatched to break the party but this conspiracy has not been successful yet. Our party will remain united in future also.
