New Delhi, 26 February (IANS). Union Minister of State Ravneet Singh Bittu on Wednesday claimed that Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal now wants to go to Rajya Sabha via Punjab.
Ravneet Singh Bittu said during a special conversation with the news agency IANS that the date of the by -election has not come yet nor does anyone know when the by -elections will be held. But one thing is clear that Arvind Kejriwal wants to become an MP. There is a saying in Punjabi that ‘the cat has come out of the bag’, and today everyone has understood what Kejriwal’s real plan is.
He said that after the death of Gurpreet Gogi ji, this political game is going on in his seat. Gogi’s family has already broken. His wife, who is active in politics and has been a counselor three times, was asking for tickets. God was killed on him first, now Kejriwal. Think, what will be the condition of that house? If the ticket was to be given, he would have given it to a worker. Why a Rajya Sabha MP has an MLA ticket? If Sanjeev Arora wins, then you will become an MLA and the Rajya Sabha seat will be vacant, which Kejriwal can take himself.
Bittu said, “If Arora had to face defeat in the by -election, Kejriwal will say that he could not even win the MLA’s seat, what will be the MP? I want to say that you are a Punjabi, shown a little courage to stop kneeling in front of Delhi. Kejriwal will not let it win here. He is doing all this for the Rajya Sabha. “
He said that the Aam Aadmi Party is saying that these reports are false. So Kejriwal himself says that he does not want to go to Rajya Sabha. Sanjeev Arora is not a public leader, but a businessman.
