Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said in an election promise that RWAs will be provided financial assistance to hire private security guards after his party returns to power in Delhi.
Kejriwal said that BJP has made Delhi the crime capital of India. Robberies, chain snatching, gang wars are taking place in Delhi; It has become difficult for women to step out of the house. BJP hates the people of Delhi. It is because of their hatred that they have not returned to power in Delhi in the last 25 years.
Announcing, Kejriwal said that I have assured the people of Delhi that if AAP government is formed, RWAs will get funds from Delhi government to appoint private security guards in their respective areas. It is not our aim to change the police. He said that BJP has now become a protest party. Yesterday I went to the Election Commission to complain that BJP is cutting the votes of the people of Purvanchal in the name of Rohingya.
On this occasion, he targeted BJP and alleged that the party does not care about the welfare of the people of Delhi, due to which they did not remain in power for 27 years. He stressed that AAP cares about the people of Delhi and that is why it has announced financial assistance for Resident Welfare Associations to help people ensure better security in their neighborhoods by hiring private security guards.
