Arvind Kejriwal will vacate the Chief Minister's residence in the next few weeks

New Delhi, Sep 18 (IANS) AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh on Wednesday said that former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will vacate his government residence within a few weeks and give up all the facilities being provided to him.

Singh also said that a suitable accommodation is being searched for the AAP convenor. Once it is finalised, he and his family will move out of the government accommodation.

“Kejriwal will vacate the chief minister’s residence in the next few weeks and go to the people’s court,” Singh said on social media platform X.

He claimed that the people of Delhi will make Kejriwal win again with a huge majority.

He said on Twitter, “The people of Delhi will answer the conspiracies of the BJP by once again giving a certificate of honesty to an honest leader like Kejriwal and making him the CM with a huge majority.”

He said the people of Delhi are angry with the BJP for “conspiring” against Kejriwal and putting him in jail on “false charges”.

He said, “For the past two years, the BJP has been resorting to tactics to defame and insult Arvind Kejriwal. It is doubting his honesty and integrity and using abusive language against him to further its political agenda.” He further said that the AAP supremo has always set an example and his resignation from the CM post is a vindication of his clean politics.

He said, “If there was a power-hungry CM, he would have stuck to the chair, but Kejriwal has always defied all norms, even if it cost him clean politics.”

He said, “Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court because of his clean image. Despite keeping him in jail for six months, the agencies have not found anything objectionable against him.”
