Actually, Aam Aadmi Party founder Arvind Kejriwal has written a letter to PM Modi. In his letter he has written, ‘I am writing this letter to draw your attention to an important matter related to the school and college students of Delhi. Kejriwal further wrote in his letter, ‘Delhi Metro is a project of 50:50 cooperation between Delhi Government and Central Government.
