New Delhi, March 12 (IANS). The Aam Aadmi Party staged a sit-in demonstration in various assembly constituencies against the BJP government of Delhi. The party alleges that the government had said during the election that women will be given Rs 2,500 every month. On Holi, women will be given gas cylinders for Rs 500. However, both the promises of the government turned out to be false.
On the protest of the Aam Aadmi Party, BJP leader Ramesh Bidhuri has taken a dig at Leader of Opposition Atishi. He said that Atishi is protesting in Delhi. However, they should look into their firn. Roads have been broken in the last 10 years in Kalkaji Assembly. There is no water to drink. These people came to Punjab by promising that women will be given respect. Guest teachers will be confirmed. The Yamuna River in Delhi was about to clean. But, these people did a liquor scam.
He said, “I want to say to Atishi that she does not need to worry. It’s not too much time to be an MLA. Do not demonstrate to show Kejriwal that she is doing a very good work. Delhi will develop in the BJP government of Delhi. As far as giving women Rs 2,500, it will also be given. After presenting the budget of Delhi.
He said that Holi is a symbol of the victory of good over evil in Sanatan culture.
