Shajapur, March 22 (IANS). Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said on Saturday that Aurangzeb was a cruel ruler, even more cruel than what he had studied and that is why he is being opposed across the country today.
Prime Minister Excellence College, Shajapur district, Balakrishna Sharma, who came to unveil the statue of Swami Vivekananda at Naveen College, replied to the questions of reporters, saying, “Those who fight for this earth, who work for this earth, who work to save the legacy of this earth, should praise those who were cruel and a foreign ruler.”
The Higher Education Minister said on the reactions coming out of Aurangzeb that the people of the country are intelligent, through a film, the character of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s son has emerged. The people of the country are targeting it so much today due to the atrocities that Aurangzeb had committed at that time, which was done. Aurangzeb was more cruel than what we did not read.
Inder Singh Parmar, while referring to the country’s education policy, said that the aim of the new education policy is to provide quality education to the students, so that they can succeed in their lives. He said that under this policy, students will be trained in various subjects, so that they can move forward in their careers.
Referring to the efforts being made by the department to improve studies in colleges and increase the presence of students, the Higher Education Minister said that the presence of teachers is being decided through the ‘meaningful’ app. Based on this, their salary will be fixed and it will be cut. At the same time, the presence of students is also going to be linked to the ‘meaningful’ app. He told that students whose attendance will be more, will be given special grade in the exam results. However, there is no provision of punishment for those whose attendance will be low.
