There are total 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra
Ajit Pawar said that every person has his own opinion and wish. He said that a person does not always get what he wants. He said that in the Constitution, Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar has given us the right to vote and ultimately it is in the hands of the voters to decide which party they will give an absolute majority in the upcoming assembly elections. He said that there are a total of 288 assembly seats in the state and any party will have to cross the half-mark of 145 seats to form the government.
The election will be contested under the leadership of Eknath Shinde
The Deputy Chief Minister further said that the Mahayuti (Grand Alliance) of BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP will fight the upcoming assembly elections together. He said that all the leaders of the Mahagathbandhan are trying to bring the Mahagathbandhan government back to power. He further clarified that after the Mahagathbandhan government comes to power, we will all together decide about the Chief Minister. He said that the Mahayuti is going to fight the upcoming assembly elections under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
