The case of suicide of technical expert Atul Subhash in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, is in the news across the country. Now the reaction of the wife’s family has come to light in this matter. Wife Nikita Singhania’s uncle Sushil Singhania has denied involvement in Subhash’s suicide case. Let us tell you that Subhash had committed suicide on 9 December. In the suicide note, Subhash has made serious allegations against his wife and her family.

Sushil Singhania, Nikita, his mother and brother have been made accused in the FIR. These people are accused of instigating suicide and demanding huge amount of money. Now Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania has come forward. He said that there is no truth in the allegations related to suicide. He has no involvement in this matter. They have not even met Subhash for years.
Sushil, 70, claimed that he was not involved in any allegations or blame. I came to know through the media only that my name has also been registered in the FIR. This matter has been going on for the last 3 years. I have no connection with it. When Atul Subhash committed suicide, I and my family members were also not present at home. Nikita will soon talk about the claims made in the video. We’re guilty, we’re guilty? The court has to take the final decision. Nikita’s lawyer had also said that the court and the judge have not made any mistake regarding the proceedings in this case.
Committed suicide on 9th December
Let us tell you that on December 9, 34 year old Subhash had committed suicide. It has been alleged in the suicide note that his wife and her family members used to torture him. Subhash had left a 24-page suicide note. Subhash’s brother Vikas Kumar has lodged a complaint with the police. In which it has been alleged that Nikita’s family had demanded Rs 3 crore to settle legal matters. Also, a demand of Rs 30 lakh was made to meet his 4 year old son.
Subhash had also accused a judge of Jaunpur court. Claimed that the bribe was taken in his presence. He should get justice. His remains should not be buried until justice is served. Subhash also demanded to hand over the custody of his son to his parents.
