Bhopal, March 12 (IANS). The second budget of the Mohan Yadav government of Madhya Pradesh was presented by Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Jagdish Deora. This budget has been termed by BJP leaders as development oriented with the welfare of all classes and the welfare of all classes. At the same time, Congress leaders raised the question and said that there is nothing to do in this budget.
The Finance Minister introduced a budget of 4 lakh 21 thousand crores in the House. This budget is 15 percent higher than the previous budget. Many new schemes have been said to start. At the same time, no new tax has been imposed.
Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the budget of 2025-26 presented in mind the goal of creating developed, prosperous and self-reliant Madhya Pradesh is omnipotent and visionary. This budget is an important step towards taking the state’s economy to two trillion dollars by 2047. In the budget, all areas like industrial development, infrastructure, agriculture, education, health, women empowerment and employment generation have been given priority. This year, a provision of Rs 23,535 crore has been made by 15 percent to the health sector budget, which is Rs 2,992 crore more than the previous year.
New and renewable Energy Minister Rakesh Shukla said that the budget presented under the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is going to preserve the heritage of religion and spirituality along with focus on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s poor youth, Annadata and women. He thanked the Chief Minister for making a provision of Rs 7,132 crore under Atal Griha Jyoti Yojana and Rs 447 crore under Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana for promoting new and renewable energy in the budget.
He said that with these provisions, farmers and common citizens will become self -sufficient for their energy needs. As a result, Madhya Pradesh will be able to make a significant contribution in achieving the goal of Prime Minister Modi to make India the world’s leading nation in the field of zero carbon emissions and green energy production by the year 2047.
Regarding the budget, Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar said that the budget is dedicated to the development of the state and the welfare of the proletariat. In this budget made under the guidance of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, all sections including poor, youth, Annadata and women have been taken care of. At the same time, the Congress has described this budget as a budget made by ignoring the needs of the common man.
MLA Mahesh Parmar says that this budget has no concern with the public. Neither is there to increase the price of crop of farmers, nor has the amount of dear sisters increased. There is nothing about the employment of the youth. There is a corruption of thousands of crores in the water life mission. There is a magic of data in this budget.
Anubha Mujare says that the Water Life Mission is the plan of the Central Government. The scheme was met by the bureaucrats and submerged the government’s system into corruption. There is a half-incomplete scheme in the village.
