Harsh Malhotra was born on 24 April 1964 in Delhi. His father is the late Mr. V.K. Malhotra has been a prestigious name from whom he learned the lesson of morality, discipline and society. Mother Late Mrs. Raj Malhotra gave her a sense of sympathy and compassion, which is reflected in her social service today. On June 29, 1991, Harsh Malhotra was married to Babita Malhotra.
