Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly Atishi on Tuesday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of replacing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in place of BR Ambedkar’s picture in the office of the Chief Minister’s Office and Cabinet Minister.
BJP’s Atishi questioned whether he feels that PM Modi can replace BR Ambedkar.
Atishi said, “The BJP has removed the picture of Babasaheb from the office of all ministers of the Delhi Chief Minister’s Office, Delhi Secretariat and replaced him with PM Narendra Modi’s picture. Today I want to ask BHP whether they think they think That PM Modi is older than Babasaheb Ambedkar.
Referring to Amit Shah’s comment in the Rajya Sabha in December last year, Atishi questioned the BJP’s thinking about Babasaheb.
Atishi said, “This is the same party whose Home Minister Amit Shah made fun of Babasaheb in Parliament. Today we want to ask him what he thinks about Ambedkar ji.”
Atishi and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal also made the same allegation on Monday, on which Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said that to hide his corruption and misdeeds She is resorting to “trickery” by accusing.
Gupta told ANI, “This is his trick to hide his corruption and misdeeds behind Baba Saheb Ambedkar and Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Shouldn’t the picture of the head of the government be taken?
