Ranchi, November 11 (IANS). Voting will be held in two phases on 81 seats of Jharkhand Assembly. For the first phase, voting will be held on 43 seats on November 13. Campaigning on these seats came to an end on Monday evening. BJP state working president Ravindra Kumar has claimed that the party is winning more than two-thirds of the seats in the first phase.
Ravindra Kumar told IANS, “In the first phase, Indie Alliance is not visible anywhere in Kolhan and Palamu divisions. This has become completely clear. The few seats which were visible to them are now in their hands. In the first phase, I can say with confidence that the people here will get more than two-thirds majority. It has turned.”
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with booth workers of Jharkhand BJP on Monday. He told the workers that now there is less time left in the elections, so form small groups and go among the people. If you go to vote, go like a festival. Go singing songs. He said, “First voting then refreshments.”
PM Modi said that there is a lot of enthusiasm among the people about the NDA government in Jharkhand. BJP’s ‘Gogo Didi’ scheme has a tremendous impact. They are confident that if our government is formed then money will go into their account. If money goes into women’s accounts, it is put to best use.
Under the first phase, polling parties are leaving for the polling centers for the voting to be held on November 13. On Monday, deputed personnel have been dispatched for election duty at 225 polling stations located in inaccessible and remote areas of five districts of the state, West Singhbhum, Latehar, Lohardaga, Gumla and Garhwa districts.
