Lucknow, October 18 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh BJP state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary spoke to IANS on Friday. On the by-elections to be held on 10 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh, he said that BJP will win all the seats.
He said, from the organizational point of view, our entire preparation is for the elections. Even during BJP’s membership campaign in UP, we had focused on these 10 assembly seats. Samajwadi Party and Congress are in despair and hopelessness.
Both the parties are trying directly and indirectly to ensure that by-election is not held on Milkipur assembly seat. I urge the Samajwadi Party to demand from the Election Commission that by-elections should be held for Milkipur assembly seat also.
As far as Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is concerned, there is a huge difference between his words and actions. He tries to trick people by posting on social media. Samajwadi Party has accepted its defeat in the by-elections and these people are against development, there should be no development in Uttar Pradesh, there should be no development in Ayodhya. This reflects their mentality.
India alliance parties are contesting the by-elections together. Responding to this, BJP state president said, these are selfish people. There is an alliance of selfishness between the two parties. If we look at the history of the alliance between these two parties, in the year 2017 they were with one side and in 2022 they were with the other. Their alliance is to bring an era of anarchy in the state. The BJP government of the state is working in the interest of the people without any discrimination. Therefore, I am confident that in the by-elections to be held on 10 seats, BJP will ensure victory on 10 seats.
On Bahraich case, BJP state president said, our government works on the policy of zero tolerance against crime and criminals. Today crime in Uttar Pradesh is at its lowest level. He said, in case of crime, our government will take strict action against the criminals without any discrimination.
