Bhopal, Aug 29 (IANS) Workshops are being organised at Shakti Kendras under the Bharatiya Janata Party’s membership campaign Sangathan Parv 2024. In this sequence, at the workshop of Badhiya Khedi Shakti Kendra in Sehore district on Thursday, the party’s state president Vishnu Dutt Sharma set a target of making at least 200 members at every booth.
In the state, BJP has set a target of making 1.5 crore members in the Sangathan Parv 2024. In the last membership campaign, the party had made 96 lakh members. Workshops are being organized under the membership campaign. On the coming Saturday, workshops will be held at more than 64 thousand booths in the state.
In the workshop of Badhiya Khedi Shakti Kendra of Sehore district, state president Sharma said that BJP is a worker based party. It is only possible in BJP that a booth president can become the national president of the party with his hard work.
Attacking the Congress, he said that lakhs of people sacrificed their lives to free the country, but when the country became independent, people compromised with the British and became Prime Ministers. The Constitution made a provision for a separate Prime Minister and a separate flag for Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee protested against this and led a movement and sacrificed his life to remove Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi fulfilled the resolution of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee by removing Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that today every section of the country is benefiting from the poor welfare, development and public welfare policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the Sangathan Parv, BJP workers should also contact those people who did not vote for BJP in the last assembly elections and Lok Sabha elections. Contact such people and tell them about the achievements and work of the BJP government of the Center and Madhya Pradesh under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and make them members of the party. In the Sangathan Parv, try to connect as many youth and women as possible to the party.
He further said that during the organisation festival from 10th September to 17th September, workers should take out a rally with party flags and banners at every booth and make people party members by going door-to-door. In the booths and streets where BJP is weak, make maximum number of members and strengthen the party.
