Begusarai, 4 May (IANS). In Begusarai district of Bihar, the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is no less than a boon for small and marginal farmers. In this era of rising inflation, where farmers were troubled by financial crisis for their small needs, this scheme has brought a new hope in their life.
Under this scheme launched by the central government, financial assistance of six thousand rupees is provided to the farmers in three installments per year. This amount is not only helping to meet their daily needs, but is also proving helpful in raising timely resources for farming. Farmers are expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this scheme and considering it a major reason for improving their economic condition.
Vidyanand Singh, a 55 -year -old farmer from Sihma village of Matihani block of Begusarai, is one of the beneficiaries of the scheme. He told that he is a small farmer and maintains his family by cultivating two-three bighas of land. Earlier, for farming, they had to take loans for fertilizer, seeds and other essential things, causing their economic condition to become further weakened. But ever since the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana started getting Rs 6,000 annually, his life has changed a lot. Now he is able to buy fertilizer and seeds on time and has also got rid of debt burden. Prime Minister Modi has launched such a scheme for farmers, which has made our maintenance easier. We thank him again and again for this.
50 -year -old farmer Amar Kumar of this village is also benefiting from this scheme. He says that farming is the only source of his family’s living. Three installments of Rs 2,000 received under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme have made many of his difficulties easier. Now they do not have to depend on others for small needs. Farmers have to face natural disasters like floods, droughts. But this scheme has strengthened us financially. I heartily thank Prime Minister Modi for this scheme.
Shyam Sundar Singh, a 55 -year -old farmer from Sihma village, also does not get tired of praising the scheme. He said that earlier he had to borrow for fertilizer, seeds and other small expenses, but now the annual assistance of Rs 6,000 has made his life easier. Now not only are they free from debt, but are also able to save some. He said that Prime Minister Modi worries so much about the farmers, for this we wholeheartedly express their gratitude.
At the same time, 40 -year -old farmer Chandan is also happy with this scheme. Two-three bighas of land cultivated sandalwood says that natural disasters like floods and drought affect their farming, but the financial assistance from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has helped to meet their small needs. He said that we no longer need to borrow. The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for farmers has not only become a source of financial assistance, but is also increasing their self -reliance and confidence. This scheme has emerged as a strong support for small and small farmers, causing positive changes in their lives. Thank you very much to the Prime Minister who thinks so much for the farmers.
