Mumbai, March 21 (IANS). The Bombay High Court on Friday accepted the petition filed by Disha Salian’s father Satish Salian, in which he demanded a fresh investigation into the death of his daughter and the alleged involvement of former Maharashtra minister Aditya Thackeray in the case.
Satish Salian claimed in the court that his daughter’s death was “murder but murder”. He alleged that the involvement of Aditya Thackeray and other important persons in the case is being ignored.
His petition has been submitted in the registry of Bombay High Court and the case is expected to be heard next week. Satish Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that he will keep it on Monday or Tuesday for an immediate hearing of the case.
Satish Salian broke his silence on March 19, saying that his daughter’s death should not be seen as suicide. He claimed that it was a well -planned murder, behind which some political and influential people could be.
The High Court verdict is being considered important in this case demanding a fresh investigation, and with this, the process of new discussions related to Disha Salian’s death has also started.
The case of the death of Disha Salian, manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, is once again in the news. His father has made serious allegations against Aditya Thackeray, former Mayor Kishori Pednekar, Suraj Pancholi, Dino Moriya and some Mumbai Police officials.
Satish Salian has demanded from the court that a case should be registered against Aditya Thackeray and others. Along with this, he has also demanded to hand over the investigation of the case to the CBI.
Police arrangements have been increased outside Satish Salian’s house after filed in the court. Police have been deployed outside the building to avoid any untoward incident. Satish Salian has refused to talk to the media and requested the police not to disturb them. He said that he is not in a position to talk yet.
Disha Salian died due to falling from the building where she was living. A few days later, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his house.
