The Rajya Sabha MP said, “We should know what to say. There should be unity in national affairs and focus on defeating their opponents. All leaders across the country should remain silent in national security matters. It is better to understand what has happened before speaking. There is no election campaign before the report of the delegation. Is.”
He said, “PM Modi had earlier said that he has given full rights to the army, so why are they speaking again? The Prime Minister should not give self-appreciated speeches. We have said, let’s call Parliament and talk. Even Pakistan has called and discussing its Parliament. None of us will speak against the country.”
The Congress is demanding a special session of Parliament to discuss the Pahalgam terrorist attack and operation vermilion.
India conducted Operation Sindoor in response to the Pahalgam terror attack and carried out accurate attacks on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POJK). 26 people including a Nepali citizen lost their lives in this attack.
A day earlier, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge demanded a special session of Parliament in connection with Operation Sindoor, alleging that the government “misled the country” and instead of clarifying the statements of US President Donald Trump, instead of clarifying the statements of US President Donald Trump, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is “engaged in an election campaign to take personal credit for the armed forces”.
In a post on X, Kharge referred to comments made by the Chief of Defense Staff during an interview and demanded a comprehensive review of the country’s defense preparations by an independent specialist committee.
Kharge said, “There are some very important questions in view of the interview given by the Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) in Singapore, which need to be asked. These questions can be asked only when a special session of Parliament is called immediately. The Modi government has misled the country. The fog of war is now being sorted.”
He said, “Our Air Force pilots were putting their lives at risk fighting the enemy. We have suffered some damage, but our pilots are safe. According to the CDS interview, ‘We made it, improved it, corrected it and then applied it again after two days and re -implemented all our jets and blowing it again, targeted long distances.’ We salute their strong courage and bravery.
