Central government spreads hatred and anger in a planned manner in the country: Priyanka Gandhi

देश में सुनियोजित तरीके से नफरत और गुस्सा फैलाती है केंद्र सरकार : प्रियंका गांधी

Wayanad, October 28 (IANS). Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra started her campaign for the by-election on Wayanad seat from Monday. He addressed an election rally in Meenangadi.

While addressing the rally, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said that I am very grateful for the love you all have given me. A few days ago I came to Wayanad to file my nomination papers. While I was going to my hotel at night, I saw some people standing, so I stopped and talked to them.

He further said, “One of the men was from the army. He told that he had traveled all over the country for his job. His mother wanted to meet me, but she could not walk to the place, so I asked her to meet him.” She asked me to take her to her house so that I could meet her, but when she met me she hugged me as if I were her own child. Caught like my mother. I didn’t feel any difference. You all have given me love the moment I stepped into Wayanad.”

He also attacked BJP. Said, “You know what era we are living in. There is a BJP government at the Centre, where fear, distrust and anger is spread among different communities. You have seen attacks on minorities, what happened in Manipur? You have seen it many times. “We have seen over and over again how this government spreads hatred and anger in a concerted manner. The values of our Constitution are being continuously violated.”

Priyanka further said that instead of public welfare, policies are constantly being made in favor of the PM’s special friends. There is no mercy for our farmers, who toil all day in the fields. There is no understanding and respect for the traditions of the tribal people, as their land is taken away from them and given to big businessmen.

Priyanka Gandhi also mentioned the Wayanad landslide. She said, “When I came here with my brother Rahul after the massive landslide in Wayanad, I saw how people were being helped. I saw how each one of you extended your hand to help. No matter what religion or profession you are, you fought against the British.

He further said that Wayanad is a beautiful place. It boasts a rich history of harmony between people of different religions. Your farming community provides food to the entire country. Your values are strong, rooted in equality and social justice, which is evident everywhere.

Priyanka said that you follow the teachings of Narayan Guru Ji and respect all religions. How can I not be the proudest person in India today to have the opportunity to represent you? It will be the greatest honor for me if you choose me.

Earlier, while going to Meenangadi, the people of Wayanad had warmly welcomed Priyanka. He also met the local nun and took her blessings.
