Kondagaon (Chhattisgarh), 15 February (IANS). A painful incident has come to light in Kondagaon district of Chhattisgarh, where 15 people, including four children, have become victims of food poisoning after eating chicken and mutton during the sixth program in Kondagaon on Wednesday, while an eight -year -old girl went to hospital Death on the way.
There was a sixth program in village Hungwa of Mardapal police station in Kondagaon, where a large number of villagers came. The mass banquet was also organized after the program. After the banquet, 16 people started having stomach pain and diarrhea, after which everyone was brought to the district hospital Kondagaon.
Jayanti, a student of class second, a victim of food poisoning, died while being taken to the hospital. After the news of food poisoning, the top officials of the district administration also reached the hospital and took stock of the situation.
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has also expressed grief over the incident. He wrote on the social media platform X, “The news of a girl’s death and 15 people getting sick due to food poisoning in village Hungwa in Mardapal area of Kondagaon district is extremely sad. As soon as the incident was received, the cabinet partner Mr. Kedar Kashyap district Reaching the hospital, the victims and doctors in the case have been directed for better treatment. “
Seeing the seriousness of the case, Minister Kedar Kashyap also reached the hospital. Here he came to know the condition of the victims, as well as gave directions to the doctors and officials. Currently, all the victims of food poisoning are undergoing treatment.
