Bihar News Desk!!! Before the Bihar elections, Tejashwi Yadav has found a new formula to defeat Nitish Kumar. After the failure of Lalu Yadav’s ‘MY’ formula, former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav has given the slogan of MYK, so will Tejashwi be able to defeat BJP and RJD on the basis of this new formula?
Why did Lalu’s ‘MY’ equation fail?
Actually, it was because of the MY equation that Lalu Yadav was the Chief Minister of Bihar till 2005. MY means Muslims and Yadavs are the old vote banks of RJD. RJD has been winning elections on the basis of this formula for many years, but for the last few years this formula seems to be failing. The population of Muslim and Yadav caste in Bihar is 32 percent. This is the reason that only the party which gets 40-42 percent votes comes to power in Bihar and RJD has to be satisfied with defeat every time.
A new experiment was done in the Lok Sabha elections
Lalu understood this during the Lok Sabha elections 2024 and he prepared a plan to include the Kushwaha community in RJD. RJD broke Nitish’s Luv-Kush equation and played the Kushwaha card and gave tickets to many candidates from the Kushwaha community. In the results of the general elections, the decision of victory certainly went in favor of NDA, but India Block got 9 Lok Sabha seats.
What is Tejaswi’s MYK formula?
In view of this, Tejashwi Yadav has now presented MYK i.e. Muslim-Yadav-Kushwaha equation. Tejashwi says that now there will be no fight between Yadav-Kushwaha. In fact, RJD will easily get 32 percent votes from Muslim and Yadav vote bank. RJD will need 8-10 percent votes to form the government, which will be fulfilled by Kushwaha vote bank.
Kushwaha’s dominance in Bihar!
Let us tell you that the population of Kushwaha community in Bihar is 4.27 percent. However, the Kushwaha community can influence 40 assembly and 15 Lok Sabha seats of the state. Assembly elections will be held on 243 seats in Bihar at the end of next year.
Triangular battle of Bihar
In 2020, RJD and JDU formed the government in Bihar by winning 110 seats on the strength of Tejashwi Yadav. Now JDU’s support is with BJP. At the same time, RJD and Congress India are contesting the elections together as an alliance. Apart from this, Prashant Kishore’s party is also going to enter the political pitch of Bihar. Obviously, the triangular battle of Bihar is going to be very interesting.
