Greater Noida, September 10 (IANS). Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Greater Noida on Tuesday. After reaching here, CM Yogi went straight to the Noida International Airport being built in Jewar. There he held a review meeting with the officials and also inspected the site. He saw the progress report of the airport.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Jewar at around 3:30 pm. He was accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Manoj Singh, Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, CEO of NIAL Christophe, Project Head of Noida International Airport Dinesh Jamwal and many other officials.
During this, the Chief Minister reviewed the progress report of Jewar Airport with all the officials. After this, Chief Minister Yogi also visited the airport site, where he inspected the site.
After this, Chief Minister Yogi reached Expo Mart in Greater Noida, where he took information about the preparations for the arrival of Prime Minister Modi. CM Yogi will stay overnight at Gautam Buddha Nagar University.
After reaching Gautam Buddha Nagar University, he can also hold a meeting with all the party officials and MLAs. It is believed that a review meeting will also be held regarding law and order.
According to a statement issued by Noida International Airport recently, a 3.9 km runway has been completed at the airport. The structure of the airport’s terminal building has also been erected. 10 gates are being built in it.
Along with this, the ATC tower is also almost ready. Work is going on day and night to complete it by December. According to airport officials, commercial flights will start operating on it by the end of April 2025.
