New Delhi, 8 May (IANS). The BJP has described the objection on the name ‘Operation Sindoor’ of Congress leader Udit Raj as regret by the BJP. BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala questioned Udit Raj’s statement and described it as a morale of the armed forces.
On the statement of Congress leader Udit Raj’s ‘Operation Sindoor’, BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala issued a statement saying, “How long will the Congress keep the politics of vote bank above the national interests? Are.”
He further said, “After ‘Operation Sindoor’, Pakistan has been given a befitting reply to sponsor terrorism by destroying nine terrorist bases. At such a time, Congress leader Udit Raj has said that the name ‘Operation Sindoor’ should not have been used, because it is not a secular name and is not associated with a particular religion. They could not see the religion of the terrorists, who were not able to see the religion on the basis of themselves, the Congress leaders were targeted on the basis of religion. The name associated with a religion is visible in Sindoor, but it has become the policy of the Congress party to hurt the morale of the army. “
During a conversation with news agency IANS on Thursday, Congress leader Udit Raj had said that during a discussion with intellectuals, it was revealed that vermilion was associated with a particular religion and if another name had been chosen would have been better. However, this is not very important. The important thing is that Pakistan has been taught a lesson.
Earlier, senior Maharashtra Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan had said about ‘Operation Sindoor’ that the government is taking emotional advantage of it.
