Congress took the 'divide and rule' principle from the British : Ghulam Ali Khatana

Jammu, September 20 (IANS). BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP from Jammu and Kashmir, Ghulam Ali Khatana, had a special conversation with IANS on Thursday. During this, he said that the Congress took a loan from the British, under which they work on divide and rule.

Ghulam Ali Khatana said that National Conference is the elder son of Congress. Congress took a loan from the British, due to which they work to divide and rule. They have done the same in Bengal and Punjab and got millions of people killed, the country got divided. Congress has connections with Pakistan’s Defense Minister because these people want to create a double mentality. They want to use the vote bank of the backward society by scaring them.

Regarding the Waqf amendment, the BJP leader said, the Prime Minister of the country has started a good work. Waqf property is for God, there has been so much looting in it in the last 70 years. I am thankful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Waqf Board amendment. This property was meant to be used for hospitals, schools for the poor children of the Muslim community. But it was looted.

Targeting the regional parties of Jammu and Kashmir, he said that two-three families have looted the resources of Jammu and Kashmir. They have fooled the people by showing them freedom, Pakistan’s salt and sometimes a green handkerchief. Instead of connecting people to the mainstream, they have made them indulge in stone pelting.

Let us tell you that the political temperature is high in the election state of Jammu and Kashmir. In this context, PM Modi addressed a public meeting in Katra, Jammu on Thursday. During this, he fiercely targeted the Congress and the National Conference. He said, “Pakistan’s Defense Minister has openly supported the Congress-National Conference. The agenda of Congress and NC on Article 370 is the same as the agenda of Pakistan, that is, Pakistan has exposed the Congress-National Conference.”

Prime Minister Modi said, “There may not be enthusiasm about Congress-National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir, but the neighbouring country (Pakistan) is very enthusiastic about them. The Congress-National Conference alliance is having a great time in Pakistan. Pakistan is very impressed with their manifesto. Pakistan is very happy with their manifesto.”
