Dantewada, 5 April (IANS). Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah attended the Bastar Pandum program in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh on Saturday. During this, while addressing the program, Amit Shah said that today Chaitra is the Ashtami of Navratri. I have brought the blessings of mother Danteshwari, red terror from here in the next Chaitra Navratri and our Bastar should be happy.
He said that this year Bastar Pandum has been celebrated as a celebration in our Chhattisgarh. I have brought the message of PM Modi that next year will bring the artists of every tribal district of the country to Bastar Pandum and will take the ambassadors of the world to every district of Bastar to take our traditions to the whole world.
The Union Home Minister said that from March 12 to April 5, the District Administration, Culture Department has allocated about 5 crores. This is the first such big cultural festival. The invaluable culture of Bastar, the dialect, dance, instruments, drinks and food items here is not only Chhattisgarh but a precious jewel for the whole of India.
Shah said, “I have come to disguise all the Naxalite brothers, that you all are our own.
He said that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the work of honoring our tribal genes. The next time Bastar Pandum is celebrated at the national level, I and Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai are going to beg the President to come to its inaugural program and encourage our tribal brothers.
Shah further said that development means a sub -inspector from Sukma, became a barrister from Bastar, became a doctor from Dantewada and became a collector from Kanker. We have to build such Bastar.
Shah said, “I congratulate Vishnu Dev Sai, the first tribal Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh here, because Tendu Leaf will now buy the government directly at 5,500. No broker will have to go to the broker.”
