New Delhi, March 16 (IANS). Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has mourned the death of Arvind Singh Mewar, a member of the former royal family of Mewar. He said that Arvind Singh Mewar has played an important role in enriching the cultural heritage of Rajasthan. He worked for life public welfare and social welfare.
Arvind Singh Mewar (81) died on Sunday morning. He breathed his last at Shambhu Niwas. He was ill for a long time and was undergoing treatment at his residence in Udaipur.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh wrote through a post on social media platform ‘X’ on Sunday, “I have been very sad with the death of Arvind Singh Mewar, a member of the Mewar royal family and a descendant of Maharana Pratap.
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla wrote in the X post, “Arvind Singh Mewar, a senior member of the former Mewar East, is very sad. It is a prayer to God to give peace to the departed soul and to give this immense sorrow to the departed soul and to endure this immense suffering.”
Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat posted on the social media platform X, “Udaipur, the honorable member of the royal family, Arvind Singh Mewar ji has a deep mourning information. His good should be immortal in his memory. His son Lakshraj Singh Mewar and all the royal family should get the ability to overcome this trait.”
Earlier, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Deputy CM Dia Kumari expressed grief over the death of Arvind Singh Mewar. CM Bhajan Lal wrote in the post on X, “Arvind Singh Mewar, senior member of the former royal family of Mewar, is extremely sad. He played an important role in advancing the glorious heritage of Mewar. His impressive personality and exemplary character will always be a source of inspiration for future generations. Do. “
Deputy CM Dia Kumari wrote on the ‘X’ post, “The news of the death of Arvind Singh Mewar is extremely sad. Give God the departed soul a place in his shrines and give the mournful family the power to bear this grief.”
