New Delhi, September 13 (IANS). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got bail from the Supreme Court in the CBI case related to the excise policy matter. He is reported to be coming out of jail on Friday. After which he will interact with the common people.
Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia expressed happiness over this decision of the Supreme Court. Talking to journalists, he said, “It has been proved once again that there is no true, honest, patriotic hardworking leader like Arvind Kejriwal in this country. The Bharatiya Janata Party hatched thousands of conspiracies and conspiracies to arrest Kejriwal ji. A man with staunch honesty, working for the public and understanding the pain of the public was put in jail. There has been no bigger sin than this in the history of democracy.”
He further said, “Today we bow down to the honourable Supreme Court and thank them. We thank the Constitution of this country and Baba Saheb, because of whom this has been possible today. This is not just a matter of victory of truth, but this decision has also exposed the lies of BJP leaders. The way it was said in the honourable Supreme Court today that the entire case of CBI arrest was fabricated to prevent release in ED cases. Our senior advocate Singhvi repeatedly reiterated that this was an insurance arrest. He was not arrested for any wrongdoing.
BJP is not able to win elections, it is not able to break the party, that is why he was arrested under insurance arrest. So that Aam Aadmi Party breaks. I thank all the people involved in this case. It is because of these people that in such a time of crisis when BJP was plotting against us with all its might, he (Kejriwal) did not break down, did not step back, did not get scared, but stood firm against these people with full truth. It was a very sad moment for everyone when Kejriwal ji was put inside the jail.
Let us tell you that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got bail from the Supreme Court in the alleged scam case related to the excise policy. He got bail from the Supreme Court after depositing two sureties of Rs 10 lakh each. Apart from this, the Supreme Court has banned making public comments regarding this case. The Supreme Court has said that Kejriwal should cooperate in the case. Kejriwal has already got bail in the CBI case as well.
