During this, his advocate told the court that the CD went viral on social media in August. After this, on 26 October, Vinod Verma’s house was raided. In this case, the statement that has been revealed so far has revealed that everyone had already got information about this CD.
At the same time, Akash Bajaj had told in the FIR that he had received a call. In addition, the statement said that someone had left the CD in the packet. His party had no role in this entire episode. His client has been implicated without any evidence. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the special judge ruled to acquit Bhupesh Baghel from the CD scandal.
