CM Yogi was addressing the gathering of the construction work of Yogguru ‘Sri Paramhansa Yoganand Janmasthali Smriti Bhavan’ near Kotwali police station in Gorakhpur on Sunday afternoon after performing Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone. This important project of tourism development will cost Rs 2768 lakh.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister took a sarcasm at the previous government on the issue of development and security, saying that before 2017, there were Paralel (parallel) mafia and corrupt people of the government who used to grab the schemes of the government. Then it was normal for the mafia to capture the land of a poor or businessman, but today no one can take possession. You will have to take it forcibly. Today, if someone tries to tease daughters and traders, then the path of Yamraj’s house will open for him.
The CM said that the great security atmosphere of security after 2017 is the result of the result that the state is moving fast and every district is making new achievements for development, conservation of heritage and employment of youth.
Pakistan terrorist nation, country fight, we all fight
On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath described Pakistan as a terrorist nation and said that the BrahMos missile which was targeted by Pakistan in recent times will now be built in Lucknow. The Chief Minister, while referring to Paramahansa Yogananda’s personality and his global contribution to the spread of yoga, said that the ancestors, tradition and heritage, go to darkness towards darkness. By deciding to build a memorial on the birthplace of Paramahansa Yogananda, the Chief Minister has made the followers of Paramahansa Yoganand ji cheerful. Highlighting the life journey of Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Ish Ivarananda said that he was born on 5 January 1893 at the same site of Gorakhpur where the memorial was going to be built. His childhood name was Mukund Ghosh. He has an unforgettable contribution in teaching the world Kriya Yoga. Yoganand ji’s autobiography An Autobiography of a Yogi is one of the most sold and read books.

After performing Bhoomi Pujan and foundation stone amidst the Vedic chant of ‘Shri Paramahansa Yoganand Janmasthali Smriti Bhavan’, the Chief Minister visited the model, layout, drawing map of this tourism development project on the spot. The officials informed the Chief Minister about the arrangements made on different floors of Smriti Bhavan and the facilities available. On this occasion, the Chief Minister directed the officials to complete the construction work of Yoga Temple in one and a half years with full quality.
