One kilogram of silver is trading at Rs 92,500 in the country. Silver prices remained almost stable.
Why did the prices of gold and silver fall?
Investors sold gold to make profits due to the fall in the US Producer Price Index (PPI) and increase in unemployment claims. Apart from this, the strengthening of the dollar and fluctuating economic data also left the market in confusion. Traders are cautious about the upcoming meeting of the Federal Reserve, due to which gold prices have fallen.
