Chandigarh, September 27 (IANS). Amidst the excitement of Haryana Assembly elections, the State Congress Committee took a big action on Friday. The party issued a notification expelling 13 leaders and workers for 6 years.
The notification issued by the Congress said that according to the reports received from various communication mediums, some leaders were showing activism against the party’s candidates in the assembly elections, due to which indiscipline was increasing in the party. Keeping this in view, a decision has been taken to expel 13 leaders from the party.
Congress has fielded Naresh Dhande of Guhla (SC) constituency, Pradeep Gill of Jind, Sajjan Singh Dhull and Sunita Button of Pandari, Rajiv Mamuram Gondar and Dayal Singh Sirohi of Nilokheri (SC), Vijay Jain of Panipat Rural, Dilbagh Sandil of Uchana Kalan. , Ajit Phogat of Dadri, Abhijeet Singh of Bhiwani, Satbir Ratra of Bawani Kheda (SC), Neetu Mann of Prithla and Anita Dhull Badsikri of Kalayat constituency have been expelled.
There have been reports of factionalism in Haryana Congress for a long time. However, Congress believes that there is no factionalism in Haryana Congress and everyone will contest the elections together. Meanwhile, Congress surprised everyone on Friday by expelling 13 rebel leaders.
Let us tell you that for the formation of the new government in Haryana, voting will be held on October 5 on all 90 assembly seats of the state. Whereas, the results are to be announced on October 8.
