Ranchi, 24 November (IANS). The results of Jharkhand assembly elections have come. The ‘Indi’ alliance under the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren has once again got majority here. On this, Jharkhand cabinet minister and veteran Congress leader Dr. Rameshwar Oraon had a special conversation with IANS on Sunday.
Regarding the results of the Congress Assembly elections, Congress leader Rameshwar Oraon said that the people of the country, the state and the state are seeing that the parties of the ‘Indi’ alliance have won with a huge majority. We have come with an overwhelming majority and won 56 out of 81 seats. This time the election victory was historic.
On the question regarding government formation, he said that first of all the leader of the legislative party has to be chosen. Hemant Soren will be elected leader of the legislature party. After this the process of forming the coalition government will begin.
On the question of Congress’s claim in the coalition government, he said that we are four people and that will be our claim. On the question of making Congress Deputy Chief Minister, he said that the top leaders will decide it.
On the election issue, he said that the opposition has every right to speak and they continued speaking. But his issues were not on the ground, he always kept building castles in the air. Therefore the situation became such that people rejected him.
On the question of free scheme, he said that this is not a gimmick, rather we are strengthening the people economically. He said that we are increasing the income of the poor. We are giving Rs 5,000-6,000 through pension to households where earlier the income was negligible, so people are happy with it and we are making people financially strong.
Let us tell you that in Jharkhand, which has 81 assembly seats, voting was held in two phases on 13th and 20th November, while its election results were revealed on 23rd November, in which the ‘Indi’ alliance won 56 seats, much more than the required majority figure of 41. .
