New Delhi, 8 March (IANS). The BJP government of Delhi on Saturday gave relief news on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has approved ‘Mahila Samriddhi Yojana’. Under this scheme, 2500 rupees will be deposited in women’s bank account every month. But, the benefit of this scheme will be available only to those women who are BPL card holders. The Congress has objected to this.
Congress national spokesperson Alok Sharma said during a conversation with news agency IANS that it is a good thing if they fulfill their promises to the people of Delhi. Prime Minister Modi had said that it would be fully approved in the first cabinet meeting, but it did not happen. Today, why are you organizing such a big event for registration related to International Women’s Day Scheme. The PM had also made all the announcements for Rajasthan, but the promises were not fulfilled.
Congress spokesperson said, BJP national president JP Nadda had said before the election that all the amount of Rs 2500 will be given to women. But, now these people are saying that only BPL card holders will get 2500 rupees. The BJP government will give only 2500 rupees to the BJP government, which will have an annual income. The question is that unless there is a census in Delhi and there will be no economic survey, I think there will be difficulty in implementing the scheme.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s statement that some Congress leaders have met BJP, they should be expelled from the party. On this, Congress spokesperson Alok Sharma said that I have not heard this statement, if he has given this statement, he would have given something thoughtfully.
On the BJP’s opposition to the Karnataka government’s budget, Alok Sharma said that it would be better if BJP reads the budget of its states. Statements are made by BJP leaders to remain in the news.
