There were some other children with the woman who were beating the minor. According to the information, the victim Dilkush Kumar had uprooted a plant of his neighbor Sumitra Devi. For which the woman along with her brother tied the boy’s legs with chains.

In Begusarai, Bihar, a woman tied a 14-year-old boy to a pole. The boy’s hands and feet were tied with chains and he was beaten badly. According to the information, this boy had cut the plant of a woman named Sumitra Devi. Angered by this, she, along with her brother, put chains on the child’s feet, tied him to a pole and beat him up along with the whole family.
Police filed FIR
In the video, the boy can be seen lying unconscious with chains on his legs and his family crying while the crowd watches silently. According to information, the victim’s family freed him from the chains. The boy suffered serious injuries in the attack and was rushed to a local hospital for treatment where his condition is said to be stable. Police said they have taken cognizance of the incident and lodged an FIR against Sumitra Devi and her children. An official said the accused have fled. Search teams have been deployed to nab them as soon as possible. The SP said further investigation is underway in the case.
