Patna, September 28 (IANS). Senior leader and national president of Bharatiya Janata Party JP Nadda reached Patna on Saturday. He paid tribute to the statues of martyrs here. After this he went to the party office, where he held a meeting with MP, MLA and MLC. JP Nadda also participated in the Paralympic player felicitation ceremony at the state office.
He increased the respect of the players with his hands. During this, JP Nadda honored Gajendra Kumar and Ms. Anita Prakash for winning medals in football. Along with this, he honored handball player Sintu Kumar and athletes Mohammad Shamim and Mansi.
During this, the National President of BJP said, “I am fortunate that I have got the opportunity to meet these players. I thank and congratulate everyone. “No one till date has given as much importance to sports as Prime Minister Modi has.”
He said, “The Prime Minister has given special importance to sports. The Prime Minister has also worked to bring Paralympics into the mainstream. Be it Olympics or Paralympics, the Prime Minister has done amazing work in both. He has always been encouraging the players.”
He said, “The Prime Minister has also increased its budget considering the importance of sports among the youth. 1000 Khelo India centers have been built in India. He assured that you should move forward, the government is with you. At the same time, congratulations to those who got medals, those who are left will bring them next year, move forward with full courage. Every type of facility will be provided to you by our government.”
