In Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, the case of alleged indecent behavior with SP MP Ikra Hasan is getting caught up. It is alleged that Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Santosh Bahadur Singh treated Iqra Hasan and Chhutmalpur Nagar Panchayat President Shama Parveen and called them out of their office and called them ‘Get out’. The entire case is on 1 July. In this regard, SP MP from Kairana Iqra Hasan has sent a complaint to the Mandalayukta. In this, she has alleged that she came to meet the ADM with the problems of the Nagar Panchayat, but her behavior was not only indecent, but he also insulted him by calling him ‘go out’ from the office.
Ikra Hasan made these allegations
SP MP Ikra Hasan alleged – When contacted at one o’clock in the afternoon, ADM went to lunch and was told about the correspondence, but the matter was very serious, so she herself reached the ADM office with Nagar Panchayat President Shama Parveen at 3 pm. After a long wait, the ADM reached, but his attitude during the meeting was very egoistic. According to Hasan – the ADM also abused me along with scolding the Nagar Panchayat President. When I humbly asked them to tell them the problem, the ADMs were more enraged. Describing himself as the owner of the office, the ADM asked me to leave.
Ikra Hasan said in a complaint letter sent to the Mandalayukta that the behavior of ADM was not only derogatory to a female MP, but also to a woman Nagar Panchayat President. This exposes their narrow thinking towards women representatives. Hasan described it as an open violation of the Uttar Pradesh Government Employees Conduct Rules and demanded disciplinary action on this behavior. At present, the Divisional Commissioner has ordered an inquiry into the case. Also, the District Magistrate has been asked to submit the report. Currently, this matter remains a topic of discussion in administrative circles. Watch video-
Cleaning of ADM Santosh Bahadur Singh
At the same time, ADM Santosh Bahadur Singh has described all these allegations as baseless. He said that he was in the field at the time of the incident. As soon as the information was received, he immediately reached the office and called the MP. He seated the MP respectfully, not insulting him in any way. The word ‘Get Out’ was caused by slipping tongue. Finally, the ADM described himself as a public servant and said that he had full knowledge of his duties. The ADM further said that when the MP asked me why I did not pick up the phone, I told them that I was sitting in the meeting, after that I went in the field, the phone was on vibration, so I could not pick up the phone. He also said that if there is any problem, then apply in writing, we will get it examined.
