New Delhi, January 21 (IANS). Former Bihar Chief Minister and Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Tuesday broke his silence on rumors of leaving the Modi cabinet. He also talked about taking action against “people spreading false news”.
Jitan Ram Manjhi shared a post on his Had told him that you people are delaying due to which I will miss my flight and I will have to leave the cabinet.
He further said, “Well, I want to make it clear to the people that I will not leave Prime Minister Narendra Modi till my death. We all are working for the interest of the country and Bihar, while some media houses are trying to divide us at the behest of the opposition. I want to warn such people to be alert otherwise I will approach the court against them and file a complaint with the Press Council.”
Earlier, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi had expressed his displeasure towards the Modi government during a program in Munger on Tuesday. During this, Manjhi even threatened to leave the cabinet.
He had said that his party is not getting proper attention in NDA. However, after this, while talking to the media at Patna airport, Manjhi clarified his point and said that he has no resentment with the NDA.
While talking to the media, Jitan Ram Manjhi said that such a big post given to me by PM Narendra Modi is not a trivial thing. I am completely in favor of NDA in Delhi elections.
