The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday asked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal to write a letter to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat instead of playing ‘political tricks’ to attract media attention. They should learn the ‘spirit of service’ from this voluntary organization.
Kejriwal has written a letter to the RSS Sarsanghchalak, accusing the BJP of ‘openly’ distributing money before the assembly elections and trying to get the names of Purvanchali and Dalit voters removed from the voter list of Delhi.
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi unit chief Virendra Sachdeva on Wednesday hit out at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal, asking him to pledge not to engage in “fraudulent” political behavior on the occasion of New Year.
Sachdeva gave this advice in response to a letter written by Kejriwal to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. In a letter to Bhagwat, Kejriwal has accused the BJP of “openly” distributing money before the assembly elections and trying to get the names of Purvanchali and Dalit voters removed from the Delhi voter list.
Sachdeva, in her letter, wished Kejriwal a happy new year and said that since childhood, we all take a resolution on New Year’s Day to give up bad habits and start something good and new.
The Delhi BJP president said he hoped that on the first day of 2025, Kejriwal would shun “dishonest and fraudulent political methods” and try to bring meaningful change. He wrote in the letter, “May God give you the courage to follow the right path.”
