The Congress on Thursday said that it would organize ‘Jaihind Sabha’ at 15 places in the country from 20 to 30 May in honor of the armed forces, which will also ask questions from the Central Government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the “security omission” related to the Pahalgam attack and “America’s involvement” in India’s security matters.
In a meeting of the Congress Working Committee (CWC) on Wednesday, it was decided that “Jaihind meetings” will be organized at different places in the country against Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “silence” against the BJP’s attempt to politicize Operation Sindoor and the claims related to the mediation of US President Donald Trump.
Congress organization general secretary KC Venugopal posted on ‘X’ on Thursday, “The Indian National Congress will organize ‘Jai Hind Sabha’ across India to salute the supreme valor and success of our armed forces.
He also said that serious questions should also be raised on the government’s silence on the way of security, the government’s way of dealing with national security and the involvement of the US in national security matters.
The Congress leader said that from May 20-30, Jai Hind Sabha will be held in Delhi, Barmer, Shimla, Haldwani, Patna, Jabalpur, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Kochi, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Pathankot, which will include former soldiers, party leaders and general public.
