Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said on Friday that the state’s economy is strong enough to face the BJP’s alleged “betrayal” and the state will continue the fight for its rights against the “injustice” of the central government -led central government.
Siddaramaiah also urged the opposition to stop spreading lies in the state and help his government in working for the welfare of the people of Karnataka.

BJP leaders have claimed that the economy of Karnataka is weakening, the state is moving towards bankruptcy while the financial system has collapsed.
Siddaramaiah said in a statement, “The reality is that the state’s economy reached the verge of collapse during the BJP rule. Now sitting in the opposition, they are speaking as if they are great economists. ”
The Chief Minister said, “Our government is working hard to bring the state’s economy back on track after mismanagement and anarchy due to BJP’s irresponsible financial policies. It is unfortunate that the BJP is unable to accept or understand it. ”
Siddaramaiah said that despite the ‘conspiracies and betrayal’ of the BJP, Karnataka stands firmly and the state government is providing more than Rs 52,000 crore amount to the guarantee schemes and assistance to the crisis farmers.
