Alwar, 21 March (IANS). Cabinet Minister Kirori Lal Meena of Rajasthan government visited the office of Alwar UIT Secretary on Thursday. Although the secretary did not meet in the office, Meena interacted with the officials present there and asked many important questions.
Meena inquired from the officials that how the land mafia in Alwar is occupying government lands, what are the conditions of development and why are the cases of encroachment suppressed?
During this, Meena also asked the officials why action is not being taken against the illegal occupation of big builders? Apart from this, he also inquired about the action taken on the complaints sent by his behalf.
Meena said, “Last time when I came to Alwar, people had complained that the land mafia were occupying government lands without fear and administration officials are not able to take action under pressure. The conversation with the authorities revealed that they are helpless. Action has been taken to remove encroachments a day before, but other places also require the encroachment removal. But talks will also be held at the government level. “
Meena welcomed the action of removing encroachment from about 25 bighas of government land in Kesarpur area a day earlier. He said, “I was informed that some of my party leaders are also involved in the encroachment, but no matter what party is the leader of the party, action should be taken against those who do wrong things.”
Apart from this, Meena also complained against a big builder. He said, “The complaint was sent to the Chief Secretary and no matter how big it is, those who do wrong things will be replied. Action will be taken under the rules. Now there is no need to fear the builder mafia, I stand with the public.”
Minister Meena also inspected the hotels in Silisadh after his visit and took stock of the situation there.
