Rajasthan News Desk!! RAS officer Priyanka Bishnoi, who was SDM in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, died during treatment in Ahmedabad late on Wednesday night. She had a hysterectomy at Vasundhara Hospital in Jodhpur about 20 days ago. After this her condition deteriorated and she was taken to SIMS in Ahmedabad. Priyanka Bishnoi was a 2016 batch RAS officer. A few days ago, she was transferred to the post of Deputy Commissioner in Jodhpur Municipal Corporation. Priyanka’s last rites will be held on Thursday afternoon in Surpura, Phalodi.
According to the information, RAS officer Priyanka Bishnoi complained of stomach pain. On examination, the doctors told her that she had a lump in her uterus. Apart from this, the doctors advised surgery for treatment. Due to this, she was operated at Vasundhara Hospital in Jodhpur. Bishnoi’s family accused the doctors of Vasundhara Hospital of negligence.
The collector asked for the investigation report in three days
Priyanka’s father-in-law Seiram Bishnoi had written a letter demanding an investigation into the matter. It is alleged that she was given too much anesthetic. Therefore the condition worsened. In this case, Jodhpur District Collector ordered the Principal of the Medical College to form a committee and investigate. They were asked to submit the report in 3 days. The committee was to start the investigation in the case today. If negligence during treatment is proved in the report, strict action will be taken immediately.

Meanwhile, Dr. Sanjay Makwana of Vasundhara Hospital said that there was no surgical complication. He was born with AV malformation in the brain. It can leak at any time at a young age. Unfortunately, we found out about the leak 24 hours after he recovered from the operation. That day he started showing symptoms due to stress. The same thing was revealed in the CT scan as well.
