Jammu, August 29 (IANS). A round of allegations and counter-allegations has started among the leaders regarding the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections. Leaders of all parties are making big claims about their victory.
In this connection, BJP’s State President of Jammu and Kashmir Ravinder Raina said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has fully entered the electoral fray. Big rallies are being organized. Media communication centers have been established in the electoral fray. Important work is being done in view of the assembly elections.
Regarding the opposition contesting the elections, he said that anyone who believes in the Constitution of India has the full right and authority to contest elections in India. Under the leadership of PM Modi, we will make the lotus flower bloom in the assembly elections of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reacting to the PDP manifesto, Ravinder Raina said that the manifesto of the National Conference and PDP aims to incite violence in Jammu and Kashmir. The National Conference, PDP and Congress want the sounds of bombs, guns, bullets and grenades to keep resonating in Jammu and Kashmir and they have always done politics on this.
He said that now, when Jammu and Kashmir is moving towards peace, there is no stone pelting, no strike, all sections of the society Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians are living together harmoniously, then perhaps this is making the National Conference, PDP and Congress uncomfortable.
It is known that the Election Commission has announced to conduct assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir in three phases. Voting will be held on 18 September, 25 September and 1 October. Counting of votes will take place on 4 October.
