Bhopal, March 10 (IANS). Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has expressed grief over a painful road accident in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. He announced financial assistance of 2-2 lakhs to the family who lost his life in the accident. At the same time, in the accident, a compensation of 1-1 lakhs to the seriously injured and 50-50 thousand rupees to the general injured has been announced.
CM Mohan Yadav wrote on the social media platform X on Monday, “Late night near the village of Upni district, there has been extremely tragic news of untimely painful death of eight passengers in a terrible collision of passenger vehicles and trucks going to visit Maihar Mata in a horrific road accident late at night. My deep condolences are with all the mournful families. Late night, high officials of the district and police administration reached the spot and arranged for the treatment of the injured with the help of local citizens, along with the serious injured passengers have been referred to Rewa.
He further wrote, “In the road accident, the families of the deceased have been instructed to sanction a financial assistance of Rs 2-2 lakh from the Chief Minister’s voluntary donation, Rs 1-1 lakh to the serious injured and Rs 50,50 thousand to the general injured. It is a prayer to Lord Mahakal that the departed souls should be given the power to bear this immense sorrow in their feet and the mournful families and get quick health benefits to the injured. ”
Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla also expressed grief over a direct road accident. He wrote on the social media platform X, “The news of many people died and injured in a road accident near village Upni of Sidhi is very sad. It is a prayer to God to provide salvation to the deceased people in the accident and the injured should get quick health benefits. ‘
