Said that Congress has given the false slogan of eradicating poverty from generation to generation and is giving it even today.

Attacking the opposition, Modi also accused them of having a problem with ‘Sambhaji Maharaj’s name’. The Prime Minister said those who see their “messiah” in the man who killed the Maratha warrior-king are standing against the state and Maratha pride.

He said, “Those who have a problem with the name of Sambhaji Maharaj, those who see a messiah in the name of those who killed him, are they not standing against Maharashtra and Maratha pride? Are these people not against our identity? Will people of Maharashtra ever accept such a thing? He said this while addressing a rally in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Sambhaji Maharaj was the son of Maratha icon Chhatrapati Shivaji. He was killed by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

Congress has been against reservation since the beginning – PM Modi

BJP’s star campaigner said that the Congress party does not believe in development but in division to form the government. Congress has been against reservation from the beginning. Nowadays the old advertisements going viral on the internet reflect the real thinking of Congress regarding reservation. Congress used to call reservation against the country and merit, the mentality and agenda of Congress is the same even today, hence for the last 10 years it is difficult for them to tolerate PM from OBC.

He said the Mahayuti government changed the name of Aurangabad to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and fulfilled the wish of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray. Modi said Congress and its allies want restoration of Article 370 and are planning a separate constitution for Jammu and Kashmir.
