Let us tell you that Dr. Manmohan Singh died on Thursday night at AIIMS Hospital in Delhi at the age of 92. Congress MP Manickam Tagore said on the death of former PM Manmohan Singh that ‘this is the biggest loss of modern India. ‘The country is saddened by the demise of Manmohan Singh’

At the same time, the Union Home Ministry informed on Friday night that the government has decided to allot space for the memorial of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. This information has been given to Manmohan Singh’s family and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge had called Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah and appealed to allot space for the memorial of Dr. Manmohan Singh.
The government accepted his appeal and confirmed allotment of space for the memorial of the former Prime Minister. Instructions have been given to the concerned departments to finalize the location and other processes related to the construction of the memorial.
